Learning institutions, businesses around the world have used different ICT platforms to revolutionize services and enable customers to access services without the need to travel. Teaching, adoption and learning processes have relied on the use of ICTs like computers, internet, networks and software and smart phones. ICTs have been used to enhance, adopt and support new innovations and strategies to improve their produce and find platforms through which to sell them. The use of technology, whether for teaching, learning, trade or farming, has connected people in and outside their communities and regions with the purpose of accessing information.
