dc.description.abstract The study aimed at examining the relationship between Leadership behaviour, Talent management, Organizational Culture influences Organizational Performance in Mogadishu University-Somalia. The objectives of the study were; to examine the relationship between Leadership behaviour and Organizational performance, to assess the relationship between Leadership behaviour, Organizational culture and Organizational performance, to examine the relationship between Talent management, Organizational culture and Organizational Performance and to establish the relationship between Talent management and Organizational performance. The study adopted a cross Chapteral design using quantitative approach because the approach is used to explain phenomena by collecting numerical data which was analyzed by mathematically based on statistical methods. A Correlation and regression designs was also adopted to explain the relationships between the variables of study and the extent to which the independent variables explain the staff performance the dependent variable. This was because the objective of the study was to examine the relationship between variables and the predictive potential of independent variables to the dependent variable. The findings in Table 4.3 above showed that 26.3 percent of the participants that participated in the study belonged in the in the age group of 18----22 years, 9.5 percent, belonged in the age group of 35----39 years, 11.0 percent belonged in the age group of 40–44 years and 45-49 respectively, 13.5 percent of the participants belonged in the age group of 50----54 years, 13.5 percent of the participants belonged in the age group of 55----59 years, while the remaining 13.0 percent belonged to the age group of 60+ years. Results in Table 4.7 above showed a moderately positive and significant relationship between leadership behaviour and Organizational performance (r= .681, P-value < 0.01). This implies that a positive change or increase in leadership behaviour will consequently lead to improved Organizational performance. From the findings, factor analysis results of Talent Management, three factors were extracted and the first component (Performance appraisal) explained it better with 33.23%, the second component (Compensation) also explained more of Talent Management with 27.02% whereby all the attributes explained the variable of Talent Management with a percentage of 81.4%. it can be conclusded that, leadership behaviour plays a decisive role in the life of every organization. For leaders to be able to drive people efficiently requires a person with high qualifications and countless positive qualities. Based on this research, it is recommended that the better the organizational culture, the higher level of motivation is manifested among employees.
