Abstract:
An Act to amend the Children Act, Cap. 59 to dissolve the National Children Authority and mainstream the functions of the National Children Authority into the Ministry responsible for children affairs, in order to give effect to the Government Policy on Rationalization of Government Agencies and Public Expenditure; and for related purposes.
